PRODUCTION OPERATOR

The operator performs various electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations, including wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing following specified sequences and tolerances. Tasks are performed based on process sheets or verbal instructions from the supervisor, requiring inspection against predetermined tolerances. Candidates must have a minimum of secondary education and preferably one year of operator experience in an SMT environment. The role requires the ability to work on a shift basis, specifically a 12-hour day shift with a rotation of four days working followed by three days rest.
