People People Brewing Co. is an independent Singapore craft brewery building a members-led taproom and a curated wholesale book across the on- and off-trade. We hold the exclusive craft beer mandate at Resorts World Sentosa and are scaling toward 3,000 HL of annual capacity. Key Responsibilities: ● Identify and acquire new wholesale accounts across bars, restaurants, hotels, casinos, specialty retailers, bottle shops, resellers, and contract brewing opportunities. ● Build and maintain an active sales pipeline with clear follow-ups and opportunities. ● Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts through regular communication, reviews, upselling, tap rotation, and range-extension opportunities. ● Conduct staff training, beer tastings, beer-pairing sessions, brand introductions, and product briefings for trade partners. ● Represent People People Brewing Co. at account visits, trade events, tastings, activations, and other sales opportunities. ● Work within approved pricing structures and negotiate trade terms that support both growth and margin discipline. ● Maintain accurate sales records, account information, sales forecasts, and wholesale pipeline updates. ● Work closely with the brewery and management team to support production planning, product availability, and wholesale growth. What We Are Looking For: ● 3 to 5 years of experience in craft beer distribution, beverage sales, wholesale sales, F&B sales, or a related role in Singapore. ● Existing trade relationships within bars, restaurants, hotels, F&B groups, retailers, bottle shops, or beverage distribution channels will be highly advantageous. ● Strong understanding of sales, account management, pricing, margins, trade terms, and commercial negotiation. ● Good knowledge of craft beer, beer styles, brewing, or beverage trends. ● Comfortable conducting product training, tastings, and customer education sessions. ● Self-motivated, independent, and able to manage your own sales pipeline. ● Strong communication and relationship-building skills. ● Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a field-based sales role. ● Cicerone certification or equivalent beer knowledge will be an advantage but is not required. ● A valid driving licence will be an advantage.
