Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product planning and customer engagement. Responsibilities Conduct market research and analyze semiconductor industry trends to identify customer needs and business opportunities Identify and develop potential customers, distributors, subcontractors, and strategic business partners to expand market reach Prepare market intelligence reports and presentations to support strategic business planning Collaborate with Engineering and R&D teams to align product planning with market strategies Coordinate customer visits, exhibitions, and marketing activities to strengthen customer and partner relationships Support after-sales service by coordinating customer follow-up with Engineering and Service teams Manage overseas travel for customer visits, service support, exhibitions, and business development activities Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organisational skills demonstrated through customer engagement and reporting Analytical skills to interpret market data and identify business opportunities Proficiency in English to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel overseas for customer support, exhibitions, and business development Preferred competencies and qualifications Familiarity with South Asian business culture (added advantage)
