SAP HR Business Analyst (Payroll - AMS)

Acts as the senior functional interface between HR/Payroll stakeholders and the AMS team to ensure requirement quality and functional integrity. Responsible for defining functional specifications, coordinating with AMS delivery, and validating payroll changes through testing and UAT. Requires deep domain expertise in SAP On-Premise Payroll (HCM) and experience as a Business Analyst in AMS or support environments. Must have strong skills in functional documentation, stakeholder management, and knowledge of local statutory payroll requirements.
