Job Description Key Responsibilities This is a freelance, primarily remote-based role. Edit engaging short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels. Transform raw footage into polished, platform-ready videos with appropriate pacing, captions, transitions, music, and motion graphics. Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity, visual style, and creative direction. Incorporate feedback and revisions promptly to meet campaign and posting deadlines. Key Skills and Attributes Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut or equivalent professional editing tools (Must have own licensed video editing software account ) Prior experience in editing short-form social media content Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats. Ability to create engaging edits with effective pacing, storytelling, captions, transitions, motion graphics, and sound design. Able to work independently while maintaining clear and timely communication with the team Ability to work independently while taking direction and feedback
