We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused Showroom Sales Consultant who has a flair for interior design, space planning, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Deliver a premium showroom experience by understanding each client's lifestyle, requirements, and design preferences. Provide professional advice on furniture selection, space planning, layouts, colour coordination, and interior styling. Prepare furniture proposals, quotations, mood boards, and layout recommendations for clients. Develop a thorough understanding of all products, materials, finishes, and brand collections, and confidently present their features and benefits. Maintain a high level of product knowledge through continuous learning and regular product training. Attend all product knowledge, sales, and customer service training sessions conducted by the company and suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and corporate clients. Follow up on enquiries promptly and manage the sales process from initial consultation through to order confirmation and after-sales service. Ensure all quotations, sales orders, and client information are accurate and complete. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail when preparing proposals, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries. Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Achieve individual sales targets while contributing positively to the overall showroom performance. Maintain showroom presentation, ensuring displays are clean, organised, and aligned with the company's luxury standards. Requirements Experience in luxury furniture sales, interior design, space planning, or a related customer-facing sales role. Experience in space planning and/or interior design is essential. A Diploma or Degree in Interior Design is not required ; relevant practical experience will be considered. Strong eye for design, proportion, colour, and aesthetics. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused. Comfortable learning technical product information and translating it into meaningful recommendations for clients. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software is an advantage but not essential. Willing to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule.
