Job Summary IT Manager is responsible for leading the hotel's Information Technology function by ensuring stability, security and continuous improvement of technology infrastructure, enterprise systems and business applications. The role develops and executes the hotel's technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and cybersecurity framework to support operational excellence and business growth. The position partners closely with business stakeholders to deliver reliable technology solutions while providing timely and accurate information, technology insights and data-driven recommendations that support informed decision-making and improve operational performance. Areas of Focus This role focuses on information technology strategy, digital transformation, infrastructure management, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, technology governance, vendor management, project delivery, and business enablement. The position ensures technology investments support operational excellence, guest experience, regulatory compliance, and long-term business objectives. Strategic Responsibilities / Duties 1.
