Project Manager (Mrt)(Construction)(Lta)

Key Responsibilities/Duties Supervision and management of the project team to complete works within budget and within the time frame, in accordance with company plans, standards and specification. Oversee project operation from conception, to completion including handover to clients. Manage communications and negotiations with client, architects, engineers and contractors throughout design, development and construction. Identify, evaluate and leading projects team to resolve site issues. Set and adjust priorities to meet the Company’s strategic plans, goals and drive the project forward pro-actively. Provide regular updates, reports, recommendations and analysis to Management standards. Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.
