Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently. Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site operations to meet project timelines and quality standards. Ensure compliance with Singapore’s workplace safety and health regulations (WSH) and company policies. Plan manpower, allocate tasks, and provide on-site training or guidance to workers. Inspect work progress, materials, and workmanship to maintain quality and resolve site issues promptly. Prepare daily reports, update site progress, and communicate with project managers and engineers.
