Job Highlight: Family Care Leave Central Location (Nearest MRT: Tanjong Pagar) Good career exposure & advancement Your responsibilities include: Engage & coordinate with project’s stakeholders for design and permitting inputs to enable timely and quality deliverables Coordinates site inspection and authority clearances Project management from start to handover, including authorities submission, project procurement preparation and detailing What you will need: Enthusiastic individuals with good team spirit A recognised relevant university degree in Architecture Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience in architectural schematic design, design development, tender documentation, and project administration across projects of various scales and typologies, including industrial developments. Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for senior-level positions. Good portfolio of project work Ability to work independently without supervision Possess good knowledge of local building codes and regulations, authority requirements and compliance ability Candidate who have more experience will be considered for a senior role Candidate who are not a QP will be offered as Executive (Architectural)
