Media Business Consultant – Basic Salary + Attractive Commission - (Media, Events & AI Marketing) RTG Media Pte Ltd | Singapore | Full-Time / Freelance Are you confident in building relationships, developing business opportunities and helping brands grow? RTG Media is looking for a motivated and results-driven Media Business Consultant to grow our client portfolio and introduce businesses to our integrated media and AI-powered marketing solutions. With more than 23 years of media experience, RTG Media is the company behind Parents World and RTG AI Growth Studio. Our solutions include digital advertising, branded content, awards, social media, video production, events, sponsorships and AI-search visibility programmes. Key responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, networking and social media. Understand clients’ marketing needs and recommend suitable media and AI-powered solutions. Prepare proposals, conduct presentations and follow up to close sales. Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Sell advertising, award packages, content campaigns, events, sponsorships and annual marketing programmes. Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets. Work with the editorial, creative and marketing teams to deliver successful campaigns. Explore partnerships and new business opportunities. Who we are looking for Experience in media sales, advertising, digital marketing, events or business development is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proactive, resourceful and comfortable with prospecting for new clients. Commercially minded, self-motivated and results-oriented. Able to work independently and follow through consistently. Familiarity with CRM tools, social media and AI marketing is an advantage. Candidates with an existing business network will be highly regarded. What we offer Basic salary plus attractive commission and performance incentives.
