Brush Painter

Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a young skilled and detail-oriented BuildingPainter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential, commercial, or industrial painting projects and take pride indelivering high-quality results. This position involves preparing surfaces, mixing paints, applying coats, and ensuring a clean and professional finish onall jobs with responsibly. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming. Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Mix and match paint colors for proper texture and shade. Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers. Protect adjacent surfaces with drop cloths and masking tape. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety and environmental regulations. Communicate effectively with clients, and team members. Experience as a painter in the (big/medium/small) construction or completed sites (minimum 5 years preferred). Familiarity with painting tools and techniques. Knowledge of various surface materials and coatings. Ability to work at heights and on scaffolding/ladders. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
