About this role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong In-house Systems Analyst to be a permanent, embedded member of our internal IT team. Unlike a consultant or implementation partner, this role is fully in-house — you will own, operate, and continuously improve our Oracle, NetSuite, and CRM platforms day-to-day, while also handling the full spectrum of internal IT needs including user onboarding, email provisioning, access control, and IT compliance. You will work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, and IT leadership to ensure our systems and infrastructure run securely, efficiently, and in line with internal policies. Key Responsibilities IT Operations & Service Management • Manage day-to-day IT operations and ensure business systems meet SLA and performance standards. • Oversee service desk activities related to ERP/CRM, including tracking incidents, change requests, and system issues. • Coordinate with vendors and third-party contractors for system support, licensing, and issue resolution. • Support IT audits, compliance checks, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery activities. • Assist with hardware/software lifecycle management where relevant to business systems. • Support IT projects and ensure timelines and deliverables are met. • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance IT operations and service delivery. • Provide after-hours support when required for critical system incidents or downtime. User Support & Training • Create and maintain end-user documentation, training materials, and SOPs. • Conduct user training sessions and onboarding for new team members. • Manage support tickets and liaise with vendor support when required. ISO IT Standards & Certification • Support and maintain the company's ISO/IEC 27001(Information Security Management System) certification, including documentation, controls implementation, and ongoing compliance. • Assist in the preparation, coordination, and execution of ISO internal and external audits — gathering evidence, preparing audit packs, and responding to auditor queries. • Develop, review, and maintain IT-related ISO policies, procedures, and documentation (e.g., Information Security Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Access Control Policy, Incident Response Policy). • Conduct regular risk assessments and maintain the IT risk register in accordance with ISO 27001 requirements. • Ensure IT controls and processes align with ISO 27001 Annex A controls and other applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001 where relevant). • Manage and track non-conformities, corrective actions, and observations raised during ISO audits to closure. • Coordinate employee awareness training on information security policies and ISO compliance requirements. • Monitor and review information security incidents, near-misses, and vulnerabilities; ensure proper recording and follow-up. • Liaise with certification bodies, external auditors, and consultants during surveillance and re-certification audits. • Keep up to date with changes to ISO standards and applicable regulations and recommend updates to policies and controls accordingly. Internal IT Administration • Set up and manage corporate email accounts (e.g., Microsoft 365/ Google Workspace) for all new joiners, including mailbox configuration, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes. • Manage user onboarding and offboarding IT processes — including account creation, system access provisioning, device setup, and access termination upon resignation. • Administer Active Directory / Azure AD — create, modify, and deactivate user accounts, manage groups and OUs. • Configure and manage employee devices (laptops, desktops) — OSsetup, software installation, security policies, and MDM enrollment. • Maintain and administer collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint, Google Drive, etc.). • Manage VPN access, Wi-Fi configuration, and network access controls for employees. • Administer software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements. • Maintain IT inventory records for all company-owned assets and equipment. • Serve as the point of contact for all internal IT requests, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation via the helpdesk.
