Production Coordinator

1. Production Planning & Coordination · Coordinate daily production schedules and manpower allocation. · Monitor fabrication and installation progress to ensure timely completion. · Liaise with project managers, supervisors, and workshop personnel on production requirements. · Track work orders and update production status reports. 2. Material & Inventory Control · Coordinate material requisitions and delivery schedules. · Monitor stock levels of stainless steel materials, consumables, and hardware. · Ensure materials are available before production commencement. · Maintain records of material usage and inventory. 3. Documentation & Reporting · Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and schedules. · Update job progress, production output, and delivery status. · Maintain fabrication drawings, work orders, and related documents. · Assist in preparing reports for management review. 4. Quality & Compliance · Ensure production activities comply with company quality standards. · Coordinate inspections and quality checks during fabrication. · Assist in resolving production and quality issues. · Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures. 5. Logistics & Delivery Coordination · Arrange delivery schedules with drivers and site personnel. · Coordinate loading and unloading activities. · Ensure finished products are delivered according to project requirements. 6. Communication & Customer Support · Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors on production matters. · Follow up on material deliveries, fabrication progress, and site requirements. · Respond to customer inquiries regarding production schedules and deliveries.
