Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt passive candidates, utilize professional networks, and post compelling job advertisements across various platforms. Screening & Placement: Shortlist, interview, and evaluate candidates against client requirements before presenting the best talent. Offer Negotiation: Guide both parties through salary negotiations, interview feedback, terms of employment, and final placement. Essential Skills Sales & Negotiation: Tenacity and the ability to close deals are central to the role. Communication & Interpersonal: Must establish quick rapport with both hiring managers and job seekers. Organization & Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple job orders, candidate pipelines, and client expectations simultaneously. Qualifications & Experience Education: Typically requires a Diploma/ Professional Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Welcome Fresher/ background in recruiting, B2B sales, account management, or talent acquisition.
