Supervisor And General Foreman

Supervise and coordinate M&E works on construction sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Monitor site progress and ensure M&E installations are completed according to project schedule and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of M&E works. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, safety practices, and compliance with approved method statements. Prepare and maintain site reports , progress updates, and inspection records. Assist in resolving technical issues and coordination conflicts between architectural, structural, and M&E works. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on site. The requirements for this position often include: 5-8 years of experience in the M&E field. Strong leadership skills and management competencies. Strategic & critical thinking , decision-making, and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and coordination skills , including communication and interpersonal skills. Time management and meticulousness in work.
