Building Construction Supervisor

job Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all daily construction site activities.(Rebar works) Plan, organize, and monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Allocate tasks and supervise workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and method statements. Monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures. Conduct daily toolbox meetings and site safety briefings. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients on site matters. Prepare daily site progress reports, manpower reports, and work schedules. Monitor material deliveries and ensure adequate materials, equipment, and tools are available. Inspect completed work and rectify defects before handover. Resolve site issues, technical problems, and conflicts promptly. Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite. Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress. Assist in planning site logistics and work sequencing. Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, and other relevant Singapore construction regulations. Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
