Experience : 10+ Years Role : Test Program Manager Key Skills: · Test Automation & CI/CD · API & Microservices Testing · Release & Environment Management · Infrastructure & Platform Upgrade Testing · Java, Python · Jenkins, Git, JIRA, Postman · AI/LLM Testing & Intelligent Automation Responsibilities: · Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of test services by Bank appointed vendors in the conduct of testing across GIPS initatives · Works with the testing service providers and other stakeholders to review, provide feedback and sign off on the test strategy, test plans and other test service providers’ artefacts for the testing service delivery · Drive automation initiatives using modern automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to improve testing efficiency and coverage. · Perform API, Microservices, and integration testing across distributed enterprise systems. · Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to support DevOps, CI/CD, and shift-left testing practices · Drive AI/GenAI-based testing initiatives, intelligent test automation, predictive defect analysis, and test optimization capabilities · Lead validation and certification activities for OS patches, database upgrades, middleware upgrades, security patch deployments, and infrastructure refresh programs Requirements: Education : · Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field Proven working experience in test delivery or equivalent role with at least 10 years relevant experience in large and complex organisations preferably in Private Banking domain. Essential : Strong experience leading SIT, UAT, Integration, Regression Testing in large-scale enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with API Testing, Microservices Testing, and Integration Testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or equivalent Good development knowledge in Java, Python, REST APIs, and enterprise application architectures. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools including Jenkins, Git, Maven, and related platforms. Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and intelligent automation solutions. Experience in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and hybrid delivery methodologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Must demonstrate high levels of ownership, integrity, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence.
