Business Development Executive (Cleaning Service)

Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Business Development Develop new corporate clients across office, factory, commercial and residential cleaning sectors. Conduct cold outreach, client pitching, proposal preparation and quotation. Negotiate contract terms and sign deals to expand the company’s business portfolio. Client Relationship Management Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients. Follow up on client demands, handle enquiries and feedback to boost cooperation and renewal rates. Cross-Functional Support Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects. Support the team in optimizing sales workflows as the company scales up. Requirements - At least 2 years experience in Singapore cleaning service / facility management industry. - Willing to join a start-up team, proactive, able to start from zero on business sourcing. - Fluent in English & Chinese for client communication and basic paperwork. Salary Basic salary (depending on working experience)+ attractive sales commission (uncapped). Working hour Mon-Fri, 9-6, on-site
