Warehouse Assistant Manager

Job Description · Responsible for daily warehouse local distribution, transportation planning and home delivery to ensure smooth delivery process · To monitor and follow up all the delivery matters including installation arrangement · Ensure Warehouse Staff pick the correct item for releasing to Transporter · To work with 3PL to meet the customer requirements · To enhance the SOP and other job scope assigned by the superior · Monitor and execute Order Processing and Local Distribution Management of appointed Vendor on transportation planning and proper creation of Shipping Instruction, pick-pack, scan ready for delivery perform in timely manner and in accordance to Standard Operating · To ensure that goods issued are updated on time in Cello and transmit to GERP promptly to meet KPI target · Check and on time submission of Proof of Delivery (POD) · Daily GI/IOD Performances - system check · Prepare failure report and ensure the report is done correctly before sending out to customer daily · Receive installation job from customer and forward to the vendor · Monitoring the installation closely and update customer if there is any issue or change of installation date and timing · Must be good customer service orientated and able to solve daily Local Delivery and Home Delivery Issue · Main Contact point between Transport Planner and Customer · Other task assigned by the Superior Job Requirement · Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or other equivalent field of studies · Minimum 5 years’ experience in the logistics industry · At least 2 years of experience in 3PL as well as warehousing · Have good knowledge of Warehouse Management System · Customer oriented & team player · Able to communicate well with both internal and external stakeholders · Able to use MS office, PowerPoint, Excel and some other PC applications · Problem solving skills · Able to work under pressure where needed Work Location 15 Greenwich Drive Singapore 534022 Work Hours 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, Monday – Friday 8.30 am – 12.30 pm, alternate Saturday
