Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – RC Structural Subcontractor Location: Singapore Key Responsibilities: Tendering & Budgeting Perform detailed taking-off and measurement of quantities from drawings Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost plans Assist in project budget preparation and monthly reporting Procurement & Supply Chain Source subcontractors and suppliers, issue tender inquiries, review quotations Support negotiations to secure competitive pricing Assist in progress payments for subcontractors and loaned workers Contract & Financial Management Prepare, submit, and certify progress claims Assess Variation Orders (VOs) and additional works Support finalization of project accounts Stakeholder & Site Coordination Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, clients, and consultants Attend project meetings and provide commercial updates Conduct site walks to verify work progress for claims Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management Knowledge of Singapore construction practices Able to verify quantities from AutoCAD drawings Strong time management — ability to meet deadlines consistently Able to handle 1–2 projects simultaneously HDB or structural experience is a plus We Offer: No office politics, simple work environment Career growth in a fast-growing company Honesty, time discipline, and ambition valued above all
