Architectural Engineer

Responsibilities: Responsible for architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control and documentation Review Architectural drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, architectural and client’s provision Responsible for on-site architectural matters and quality checks Perform site supervision and co-ordination of architectural works Ensure all materials used and performed are as per specifications Preparation of reports as required Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities Any other duties as assigned Requirements: Relevant Diploma, Degree in Architectural/ Building Engineering or equivalent Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the same position Able to use Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Experience in HDB BTO project will be preferred
