Test Technician (Bedok)

Job Responsibilities To carry out all tasks in accordance with the relevant SOP and the section training matrix, the Company's Health & Safety policies, quality manual and security policies Perform instrument final test and follow strictly to the test procedures provided. Require hands on changing and replacing any faulty mechanical assembly during the test. Inspect instruments for physical damage or contamination during the test process, check all items which have been removed for troubleshooting are re-installed correctly before the unit leaves the bay. Strictly follow the assembly sequence according to 42Q route, updating the reprocessing report and NCMR correctly and always retrieve the latest document revision from the Agile system. Update and fill up the Test Data sheet, Reprocessing report and NCMR correctly and always retrieve the latest document revision from the Agile system. Safeguard assigned login credentials and performed accurate 42Q/SFDC scans for each assigned process. Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited. To ensure that duties are carried out in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Documentation Practice (GDP), Health & Safety, Security, and quality standards. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping. Other duties as assigned such as learning to assemble various types of Subassembly, Top level assembly, Hi-pot testing, accessory catalog packing and instrument packing etc. Job Requirements Minimum Nitec certification or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing as an electronic test technician or equivalent in other fields. Able to work permanent morning or night shift.
