ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Cybersecurity, to support and strengthen our group-wide cyber defence capabilities. Working closely with our Cybersecurity Manager, you will take direct ownership of cybersecurity operations, cloud and infrastructure security management, and cybersecurity project delivery across SATO Group Companies in Asia. This role is suited for a cybersecurity professional with a broad foundation across security operations, IT infrastructure and cloud environments, who is comfortable working independently in a dynamic, regional setting. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Handle cybersecurity incident response activities end-to-end — including detection, investigation, containment, remediation and post-incident reviews. • Perform security monitoring, log analysis and vulnerability management across on-premises and cloud environments, identifying and responding to threats promptly. • Manage and maintain security technologies, including endpoint protection, security monitoring tools (SIEM), privileged access management (PAM), firewalls and network security solutions — including configuration, hardening and troubleshooting. • Support cloud infrastructure security across environments such as Microsoft Azure — including security hardening, access controls, monitoring and compliance alignment. • Manage IT infrastructure security, including servers, endpoints, network devices and cloud systems, ensuring security standards and hardening guidelines are consistently applied and maintained. • Lead and coordinate cybersecurity and infrastructure security projects end-to-end — covering planning, implementation, stakeholder coordination, testing and post-go-live support across SATO Group Companies. • Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards and procedures aligned with ISO frameworks and corporate governance requirements. • Support cybersecurity governance, risk assessments, compliance activities and security awareness programmes in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Manager and regional stakeholders. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure security, with exposure to both security operations and cloud or infrastructure environments. • Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity incident response, vulnerability management and security monitoring. • Working knowledge of security tools such as SIEM, endpoint protection, PAM and firewall solutions — including the ability to configure and troubleshoot them independently. • Experience in cloud security management, preferably Microsoft Azure, including security hardening, monitoring and access governance. • Hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure security across servers, endpoints and network environments. • Able to lead or coordinate security projects end-to-end with strong stakeholder communication skills. • Comfortable working across teams, time zones and cultures in a regional environment. • Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST or CIS Controls. • A proactive, self-driven professional who takes ownership and works effectively with minimal supervision. We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified. All applications will be treated in strict confidence.
