Architectural Coordinator

A Degree in Architectural from local or overseas universities or Diploma in Architectural from local or overseas polytechnics. At least ten (10) years of practical working experience in the related field in building construction projects. Report to Technical Manager, and assist in managing, planning and coordinating architectural works and interior decorations to meet time, cost and quality objectives. Coordinate design and/or detailing with consultants, develop shopdrawings, review of submissions from subcontractors and liaise with other work disciplines. Proficient in REVIT and AUTOCAD software applications. Positive attitude, self-motivated, initiative and responsible. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently. Type of contract : Permanent Remuneration shall commensurate with qualifications and experience.
