About this role

Growthbeans, a Singapore-based social enterprise, is seeking a Lead to shape the strategy, steward relationships, manage budget and risk, and guide a Programme Executive who runs day-to-day delivery at the Dakota Breeze Residents' Network ( DBRN) Youth Space. The successful candidate will: Own overall strategy for the youth space, connecting the work to the organisation's broader goals Build and manage senior-level relationships with schools, government agencies, and community partners Own and manage the programme budget and risk, turning "let's pilot it" into measurable, fundable, community-owned outcomes Drive marketing and outreach strategy to draw youths into the space, staying on trend to source the right facilitators Apply design thinking to operationalise ideas while still thinking outside the box Ensure delivery follows the systems and platforms required by stakeholders; oversee accurate data compilation and analysis for reporting and decision-making Guide, develop and nurture the Programme Executive and wider team, growing their leadership along the way Define KPIs and evaluation frameworks; present outcomes to funders and leadership Anticipate problems ahead of time and set mitigation strategies — knowing when to resolve independently versus engage stakeholders for input Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, applying strong project management discipline to deliver outcomes end-to-end Continuously identify opportunities to improve programme delivery and outcomes Job Requirements 4-5+ years of relevant working experience in programme management, partnerships, or youth development, ideally with some leadership exposure Strong project management skills, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and projects at once Strong stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills Agile and resourceful, comfortable navigating ambiguity; won't say no without first piloting to test feasibility Collaborative, with the ability to leverage community and team resources rather than going it alone Self-starter who's independent, respectful, responsible, and communicates well; takes real accountability and ownership of KPIs and outcomes Working days : 5 days per week (including Saturday). Working hours : 12pm to 8pm Contract : 2 years Location : Near to Lavender MRT Station (EW11)
