Job Summary Oversee spa operations to drive business objectives, lead and support the team, ensure excellent customer service, manage resources efficiently, and maintain compliance with company policies and standards. Responsibilities Lead daily spa operations to achieve business goals and maintain smooth workflow Coach and support the outlet team to enhance performance and service quality Analyze sales data and monitor performance to meet or exceed targets Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service by implementing service standards Schedule staff shifts and allocate manpower to optimize operational efficiency Address customer feedback promptly to resolve service issues and improve satisfaction Track inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment to prevent shortages Enforce adherence to company policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures Compile and submit operational and sales reports accurately and on schedule
