Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer to manage, coordinate, and supervise M&E systems and site activities. The role involves ensuring that mechanical and electrical works are executed according to design, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Design, review, and coordinate M&E systems and layouts Interpret and verify technical drawings, plans, and specifications Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E services Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and regulations Monitor project progress, quality, and technical performance Identify and resolve technical and site issues Prepare technical reports, documentation, and as-built drawings Support cost control, variation orders, and material approvals Ensure workplace safety and adherence to WSH requirements Requirements Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline Relevant experience in construction or M&E projects preferred Strong understanding of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, etc.) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Familiarity with local regulations and safety practices Strong coordination and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM is an advantage
