Accounts Assistant (Part-Time)

The role is responsible for managing and processing staff claims in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensure timely and accurate handling of claims, maintain records, and provide support to employees regarding claim-related queries. The role only needs to report to work 2 to 3 days a week. Work location will be Suntec City. · Administering and managing staff reimbursement and office-related expense claims · Review Claims – determine if submitted claims are accurate and eligible · Calculate claim amount – ensure the claim amount is tally with the receipts submitted · Validate claims – deliver accurate and quality claims in a timely manner · Ensure accurate posting to ledger accounts · Adhere to guidelines – ensuring claim payout are adhered to guidelines or standard operating procedures (SOPs) · Maintain correct records in the claim system at all times · Resolve claims issues by checking or verifying the data with staff · Any other duties as may be assigned by the management.
