Architectural 3D Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural 3D Designer to join our Singapore studio. This role is ideal for a creative visualizer with strong architectural sensibility and exceptional rendering expertise, capable of transforming concepts into compelling visual narratives and immersive spatial experiences. Key Responsibilities Produce high-quality architectural visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials across multiple stages of design. Collaborate closely with architects and design teams to support design development and effectively communicate project intent. Translate conceptual ideas into visually compelling and technically refined representations. Create atmospheric, photorealistic imagery that reflects SCDA’s design ethos, spatial sensitivity, and attention to detail. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of visual outputs across multiple projects and deadlines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an architectural design studio. Strong expertise in architectural visualization, composition, lighting, and materiality. Mandatory proficiency in: D5 Render 3ds Max Rhino Proficiency in V-Ray, Corona, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop is highly desirable. Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced rendering capabilities, visual storytelling, and design sensitivity. Excellent eye for atmosphere, detail, spatial quality, and architectural composition
