Schneider Early Career Program - Project Engineer

The Project Engineer is responsible for the full ownership and success of small to mid-size projects, including tracking progress, managing costs, and handling customer change requests. The role involves identifying customer needs and suggesting optimal designs to deliver quality projects within the Digital Energy and Building Application Center. Candidates must have a degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of experience in system integration or ACMV systems. A PMI certification is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a passion for energy efficiency.
