If you love people, creativity, and keeping things running smoothly — this role was made for you. 🗂️ What You'll Do: - Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, logistics and vendors - Organise events, transport, vendor coordination, and photoshoots - Track tasks, deadlines, documents, expenses, and databases - Run our social media and create content that gets noticed - Handle client admin — forms, scheduling, follow-ups, payments - Support the Director with daily administrative and operational needs 🎓 You're a great fit if you: - Digitally fluent, organised, and detail-oriented - Hold a minimum Diploma in any discipline - Passionate in events, content, and how a financial services business runs - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media tools - Prior admin/marketing experience a plus — attitude matters more - Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is a bonus
