Product Manager (Genomics)

Job Summary You will manage the sales and full life cycle of our Genomics portfolio products, applying scientific and technical expertise to deliver tailored solutions. This role requires proactive customer engagement and strategic account management to drive business growth. Responsibilities Conduct sales calls to engage and establish strong relationships with customers in the biomedical and life sciences sectors Manage existing accounts and develop new client accounts to expand market presence Maintain regular communication with customers through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to understand and address their needs Build and manage relationships with key decision makers within target accounts to influence purchasing decisions Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and develop structured, high-quality sales proposals Apply creativity and innovation to solve customer challenges and develop new approaches for customer solutions Demonstrate professional presence and enthusiasm to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment Utilize strong analytical and customer service skills to provide effective solutions and maintain customer satisfaction Negotiate and close sales deals by clearly articulating product value propositions to clients Think strategically to align sales efforts with business goals while maintaining a results-oriented approach Collaborate effectively within a team environment to coordinate resources and advance the sales process Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or degree in any life science discipline with laboratory experience in academic, biotech, or pharmaceutical settings Technical aptitude in genomic technologies Direct selling experience within biomedical, biopharmaceutical, or life science industries If you meet the above requirements and share our vision onintroducing innovative and exciting technologies to the biomedical and life science research arena, please submit a detailed résumé via the MyCareersFuture portal.
