Job Summary We are seeking an experienced System Analyst with expertise in Insurance Product Configuration, System Analysis, API Integration, and Agile Delivery. The role involves configuring life insurance products, gathering requirements, and collaborating with business and IT teams to deliver effective solutions. Mandatory Skill-set • 5+ years of experience in System Analysis, Business Analysis, or Full System Development; • Strong experience in Insurance Product Configuration and Product Rollout for Life Insurance products; • Hands-on experience with Participating (Par), Non-Participating (Non-Par), and ILAS insurance products; • Experience gathering business requirements, conducting impact analysis, and preparing functional specifications; • Good knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, MongoDB, and web/application architectures; • Experience with API mapping, API specifications, and cross-system integration flows; • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies; • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and documentation skills; • Ability to define As-Is and To-Be business process flows.
