Location: Ang Mo Kio Working Hours : Office Hours Salary: $2,760 per month Duration : 11 months (ASAP) Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support, including coordinating meetings, seminars, training sessions, staff suggestion initiatives, and innovation and quality-related activities. Support the planning and execution of departmental and organisation-wide events. Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and over the counter in a professional and courteous manner. Resolve customer service-related issues efficiently by following established procedures and service standards. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned to support departmental and organisational needs.
