Project & Operations Coordinator (Healthcare/$4380)

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project & Operations Coordinator to support key healthcare education initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, and takes ownership of delivering high-quality outcomes. Sector: Government Healthcare Location: Outram Park Duration: 12 months (3 months + 9 months extension) Working hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm Salary: $4380 per month Key Responsibilities: Medical School Program Coordination: Support the implementation of national medical education initiatives, coordinate with internal and external partners to facilitate clinical training placements for healthcare students. Faculty Development Administration: Verify Faculty Development (FD) claims, maintain accurate and well-organized records for audit and reporting purposes. Meetings & Event Coordination: Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and ad-hoc events, prepare and distribute meeting invitations, agendas, and supporting materials. Record, prepare, and circulate meeting minutes.
