What You'll Be Doing Support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, deployments, and offboarding. Coordinate internship recruitment, onboarding, and related administrative matters. Organise and support staff engagement programmes, team events, and internal initiatives. Maintain HR records, employee files, and ensure timely updates in HR systems. Review HR administrative processes and support digitalisation and automation initiatives. Liaise with internal stakeholders and shared service teams to ensure smooth HR operations. Assist with HR projects and other ad-hoc administrative duties. What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business, or a related discipline. Experience in HR Operations, HR Administration is an advantage.
