Business Analyst

We're seeking a Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, driving requirements, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery for meaningful digital transformation initiatives. Working Location: WEST Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact between business users, IT stakeholders, and technical teams for system enhancement and workflow automation initiative Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from various stakeholders Design and document business processes, workflow requirements, user journeys, and functional specifications Work closely with technical teams to assess solution feasibility and recommend appropriate approaches Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field Proven experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT environments Experience facilitating workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and UAT activities.
