Finance Business Partner (Govt Agency) - 1 Year

We are looking for a FBP with experience in cost optimisation and dashboarding to advise and create active partnerships with our business units. Basic up to $6,500 per month + Completion Bonus 1-year contract Labrador Park / Punggol Area / Hybrid Mon - Fri, office hours What to expect: Partner with divisions and project managers to analyse financial performance, conduct business reviews, and provide strategic insights and recommendations. Identify and lead cost optimisation initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational performance. Support decision-making through scenario analysis, business case evaluation, forecasting, and resource allocation guidance. Execute month/year-end closing activities , prepare financial reporting, and perform budget allocations and virements Analyse variances and operational metrics to drive performance improvements and support business decisions Prepare revenue/expense accruals, grant recovery documentation, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and government policies Requirements : Possesses minimum a Diploma with 3 years of experience in FP&A and/or cost optimisation. Experience within the public sector is a plus. Meticulous individual who works well in team settings. Proficient in Tableau/PowerBI/dashboarding tools.
