HR Associate (Data Migration)

Job Details Location: one-north Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hour Work Type: 6-Month Contract, subject to extension Salary: Up to $ 4,000 per month What you will be working on? Support the migration of electronic files and records from legacy systems to new platforms Identify, track, and escalate discrepancies, duplicate records, or missing documents. Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR database. Organize, classify and upload HR-related documentation and filing activities. Support HR audits and/or compliance-related documentation reviews. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as and when required. Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned What are we looking for? Singaporean only Minimum Diploma holder in Business, Human Resources, or related disciplines. Prior experience in administrative, HR support, records management, or data entry roles is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
