Sales Manager

Position : Sales Manager Salary : Basic + Bonus Location : Kallang Working hour : 9am – 6pm (Mon-Fri), 1-day WFH JOB DESCRIPTION Develop and maintain long-term relationships with our distribution partners, providing them with sales support, product training, and marketing materials Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads, expanding our customer base and market share Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives, ensuring profitable growth and customer satisfaction Demonstrate and showcase our products and solutions to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits Collaborate with the internal teams on product development, pricing, inventory management, and technical support Gather and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive analysis REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Business Administration or IT or Engineering Preferred at least 2 years of experience in distribution sales or channel management in Tech/IT industry or related field Experience in B2B platform would be a major plus Willingness to travel frequently within the region (every 1-2 months for max 2 weeks) By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec ‘s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
