Associate, AI Tools Training & Communications [Govt]

Location: One North Work Timing : 8:30am to 6:00pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri) Salary: $4,000 - $5,500 per month Duration : 1 Year (Subject to renewal) Key Responsibilities: Develop, curate, and maintain AI training and adoption materials, including user guides, presentations, FAQs, quick reference guides, and communication content. Plan and coordinate AI training sessions, workshops, and adoption events with internal stakeholders, trainers, and subject matter experts. Manage the onboarding of new AI tool users, coordinate adoption activities, and track adoption metrics to measure engagement and success. Gather and analyse user feedback to continuously improve training materials, learning experiences, and adoption strategies. Plan and execute internal communication campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of AI tools across the organisation. Create engaging content for newsletters, announcements, intranet articles, email campaigns, and other promotional materials. Maintain, organise, and continuously enhance the AI tools SharePoint site, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and easily accessible. Design and produce digital media assets, including banners, infographics, and short videos, to support AI adoption and communication initiatives.
