Senior Software Engineer

What You'll Be Doing Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance full-stack applications . Take ownership of features throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Drive continuous improvements in software engineering practices, development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automation initiatives. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high standards of code quality, maintainability, and performance. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions. Support client integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely resolution to production challenges. Identify opportunities to improve application reliability, scalability, security, and development efficiency. Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, Agile methodologies, and established software delivery processes. What We're Looking For Proven experience designing, building, and deploying enterprise-scale full-stack applications. Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Golang, Java, Python, or Node.js. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including deploying and supporting cloud-native applications. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software deployment methodologies. Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
