HR - Payroll Executive

About the Role We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll administration. You will handle the full payroll cycle — from processing monthly salaries and CPF submissions to managing statutory claims and coordinating with Finance. What You Will Do Payroll Processing & Administration Manage end-to-end payroll administration including CPF contributions and tax submissions using SAP payroll software Process monthly ESS claims such as flexi benefits, dental, and handphone claims Process and verify statutory claims including National Service Leave, Government-Paid Childcare Leave, Maternity Leave, and other applicable leave schemes Maintain accurate and up-to-date archival of all payroll records Reporting & Reconciliation Prepare monthly headcount reports, payroll reconciliation reports, and other payroll-related reports Coordinate with the Finance Department on monthly treasury provisions for payroll activities Ensure timely and accurate general ledger journal generation to Finance upon completion of payroll processing Stakeholder Support Attend to employee queries on salary, payslips, and payroll-related matters promptly and professionally Assist with auditor queries during payroll-related audit exercises Work closely and proactively with internal teams to resolve payroll issues, system errors, and support system upgrades and enhancements Ad-hoc Support Handle other ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor What We Are Looking For Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field 0 to 2 years of payroll or HR administration experience.
