Business Analyst (Product Management / Low Code)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the enhancement and delivery of enterprise applications within a large-scale digital transformation environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to analyse business needs, define requirements, and deliver secure, scalable solutions. Working Hours: Mon-Fri Working Location: Central Job Type: Contract Salary Package: Up to $9,500 (basic) + AWS Responsibilities Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements. Analyse business processes and recommend suitable technology solutions. Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders. Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and technical documentation. Collaborate with development teams on solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Support Agile delivery by refining user stories and assisting in sprint planning activities. Conduct impact assessments for enhancement requests and recommend appropriate solutions. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), solution rollout, and user adoption. Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and quality standards. Work closely with product owners, architects, developers, operations teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle . Requirements Experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application or digital transformation projects. Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design. Experience with system integration, workflow solutions, and enterprise applications. Understanding of APIs, cloud applications, authentication, reporting, and data migration. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies. Experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms such as AWS is an advantage. Experience with low-code or workflow automation platforms (e.g. Tungsten Automation, Decisions, Appian, Pega, OutSystems, Mendix, Camunda, or similar) is highly desirable. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
