Specialist I, Ground Operations [Duty Manager (SIN Hub)]

Manage daily airport operations at the Singapore hub and network stations to ensure on-time aircraft dispatch and smooth passenger flow. Lead outsourced vendors and coordinate with airport authorities to handle flight disruptions and maintain operational efficiency. Extensive knowledge of airport operations and the ability to manage high-pressure situations during flight disruptions. Must be flexible to work a 12-hour rotating shift roster and represent the airline to external stakeholders.
