🎓 Student Outreach Officer (Contract) 💰 $50/hour 📅 12-month Contract (Aug 2026 – Aug 2027) 🕒 6 hours/visit, 2–3 days/week ⏰ 10:00am–4:00pm or 10:30am–4:30pm ✅ Requirements Diploma/Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Education, or related field. Experience in youth work, case management, or school support is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently, collaboratively, and maintain confidentiality. 📝 Job Responsibilities Conduct home visits and outreach to students with prolonged or irregular school attendance. Build positive relationships with students, parents, and caregivers to support school engagement. Support students' reintegration into school through tailored engagement and transition plans. Work closely with teachers, counsellors, and external agencies on case management. Maintain accurate case documentation and student progress records. Facilitate student engagement activities and targeted intervention programmes.
