Customer service-oriented and able to work independently and in a team. Able to support occasional events outside office hours. πŸ“Œ Job Responsibilities Maintain records, databases and document filing. Coordinate meetings, events and logistical arrangements. Prepare meeting materials, correspondence and reports. Track contracts, payments, inventory and fixed assets. Liaise with vendors, delegates and event organisers. Manage event supplies and ensure venues are event-ready.
