👥 Human Resource Officer 💰 Salary: $4,500 – $5,000/month ⏰ Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm 42 hours/week 📅 Contract: 2 years 🚀 Start Date: October 2026 📋 Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of HR operations or HR administration experience. Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, and HR support. Familiarity with Workday is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Meticulous, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interview coordination, candidate screening, reference checks, and onboarding. Manage employee lifecycle administration, including contracts, job changes, records, and offboarding. Maintain accurate HR records and update employee data in HR systems. Coordinate training administration and HR initiatives. Administer employee benefits, work passes, travel arrangements, and related HR processes. Respond to HR enquiries and provide timely support to employees and stakeholders.
