Discipline Support Officer (Sembawang)

🚨 Discipline Support Officer (Contract) 💰 $20–$25/hour 📍 School-Based Environment 📅 Aug 2026 – Nov 2026 (4-month contract, option to extend up to 11 months) Requirements ✅ Minimum 3 years' experience in uniformed services, youth work, behavioural support, or related fields preferred ✅ Strong communication, conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills ✅ Able to handle sensitive situations professionally and maintain confidentiality ✅ Comfortable working with students in a firm yet respectful manner ✅ Basic proficiency in data entry and record-keeping (e.g. Excel) ✅ Team player with a commitment to student development and professional ethics Key Responsibilities 🔹 Supervise students during recess, lunch, and transition periods 🔹 Monitor and record attendance and late-coming cases 🔹 Support student behaviour management and in-house suspension programmes 🔹 Assist in incident fact-finding, statement collection, and report preparation 🔹 Maintain accurate discipline records and documentation 🔹 Work closely with school staff to support a positive learning environment Working Hours 🕗 Mon, Wed–Fri: 8:00am – 2:30pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break) 🕗 Tue: 8:00am – 4:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break) 🚫 No work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays 📩 By submitting your resume and/or personal data, you consent to Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd collecting, using, and disclosing your information to clients/business partners solely for job matching, recruitment, and placement purposes. 👤 EA Personnel: Nor Sameshah (R1983642) 🏢 EA Licence No: 95C4455
